Non-cannabis items, such as accessories, apparel, and merchandise, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns of cannabis products. However, we’re here to help if you’re dissatisfied with a product for any reason:
Defective products: If a product is defective (e.g., cartridges that won’t function, improperly sealed packaging), we’ll exchange it for the same item or issue store credit upon verification.
