STASH REWARDS

Stash rewards is an optional program available to all recreational customers and medical patients at all Urbn Leaf and Harborside locations.

You will need to opt into email and/or SMS in order to start earning points & keep your points. We send out communication via Email and SMS about any pending changes to our loyalty program so be sure to be subscribed to our marketing communications!

You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend at one of our dispensaries once you have opted into the loyalty program. (Not inclusive of sales tax.)

To redeem your points, simply let your budtender know in-store during check out. Points are deducted from your account balance at the time of redemption.

Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make an order. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out at the store. It’s imperative that your staff make sure your transaction is recorded under your customer record.

This may be due to a carrier issue. Unfortunately, T-mobile & Sprint restricts SMS messaging. Try signing up with an email or using your email to create/ access your Tops wallet.

You can earn and redeem points in-store at any Urbn Leaf or Harborside location.

Points & rewards may be redeemed on a subsequent visit after they are earned. Points cannot be used on the same transaction that they are earned.

Points will expire after 60 days if you do not make at least one purchase within that said 60 days from last purchase. So just stop in within 2 months say ‘Hi’, grab a  joint and keep on earning!

You can opt out of the Tops Loyalty program at anytime, through SMS or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Just a reminder, if you opt out you will no longer be able to accrue points with each purchase, will no longer receive communication about the any changes in the program and may loose you existing points if the expiration period or terms change.
