FAQ
Who can join your loyalty program?
Stash Rewards is an optional program available to all recreational customers and medical patients at all Urbn Leaf and Harborside locations.
Do I need to opt in to join the loyalty program?
You will need to opt into email and/or SMS in order to start earning points and keep your points. We send out communication via Email and SMS about any pending changes to our loyalty program, so be sure to be subscribed to our marketing communications.
How are points earned?
You’ll earn one point for every dollar you spend at one of our dispensaries once you have opted into the loyalty program. (Not inclusive of sales tax.)
How do I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, simply let your budtender know in-store during checkout. Points are deducted from your account balance at the time of redemption.
How long does it take for points to be added to my wallet?
Points can take up to 24 hours to update after you make an order. If you are still missing points, it is likely that your phone number or email on your account was not used when checking out at the store. It’s imperative that staff ensure your transaction is recorded under your customer record.
How can I access my Stash points?
You can access your points by logging into your profile on our menu page, downloading the Urbn Leaf or Harborside App, or ask a budtender in-store to check your balance.
I signed up for SMS but didn't get a text.
This may be due to a carrier issue. Unfortunately, T-Mobile and Sprint restrict SMS messaging. Try signing up with an email or using your email to create or access your Stash wallet.
Where can I use and earn points at?
You can earn and redeem points in-store at any Urbn Leaf, Harborside or Juva location.
Points and rewards may be redeemed on a subsequent visit after they are earned. Points cannot be used on the same transaction in which they are earned.
When do my points expire?
Points will expire after 60 days.
Can I opt out?
You can opt out of the Stash Loyalty program at any time through SMS or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. If you opt out, you will no longer be able to accrue points with each purchase, will no longer receive communications about program changes, and may lose existing points if expiration periods or terms change.
*Tax dollars do not contribute to the point accrual. Points will expire after 60 days if you do not make at least one purchase in 60 days from last purchase. You can opt out at any time. Once opted out of the Stash Rewards Program you will not be able to accrue/redeem additional points.
By enrolling to the Stash Rewards Program, I consent to sign up for the Harborside/ Urbn Leaf member list where I will receive marketing communication via text message, calls, email or other outreach channels. By doing so, I understand that I am allowing Harborside/ Urbn Leaf and its technology provider to retain my personal contact details / engagement history for use in personalized marketing.
