Paying with Debit : In stores, we accept debit cards for a $3 fee. For delivery, you can use debit with TreezPay or CanPay.

What information is needed to set up to pay with a debit card?

We do not take payment on our website. You can use a debit card with TreezPay or CanPay at select locations. Please call our customer service number 888-994-2726 for any problems with setting up with our cashless options.

Loyalty Club Member : What is Harborside+ ? How do I become a member? Am I a loyalty member? How does the loyalty club work? I just signed up, how do I get member pricing?

When you make a purchase, we will apply the member pricing when your order is packed. You will receive a text notification with the updated total, including the member discount.

Shipping: Do you ship? Are you able to ship? Do you offer shipping?

Unfortunately, it is not legal to ship any product. You can visit a store location and do a curbside pickup, or get your order delivered locally! For delivery, click here:

Delivery: Where do you deliver? Are there delivery minimums? How much does delivery cost? How long does it take to deliver?

Delivery : We deliver to the greater Bay area. To see if we deliver in your area, check our delivery page: Different cities have different order minimums with varying delivery time. 

Chat : Why does this take up my whole screen? I can’t see anything. How do I close this? Can I turn this off? Where’s the exit?

You can close the chat window by selecting the ‘X’ in the corner.

Clones: When is the best time to buy clones? When is the flowering time? When should I grow clones?

Clones: What clones are available today? Can I order online for delivery or pickup? 

  • You can view the selection and reserve for in-store or curbside pick-up. A clone order can be reserved for up to 24 hours. Check for availability. We do not deliver clones. 

Clones:  How many clones can I buy?

  • The recreational limit of clones you can buy is 6. You may purchase 12 if you have a medical card. Limited exemptions are verified and applied in-store only.

Do you carry this product? Do you have this?

If the item is not listed on our website, or cannot be found through the search bar, it may be out of stock or we may not carry that particular product. Please reach out to 1-888-994-2726 if you have any further questions.

Discount: How come my discount isn’t working? The buy 1 get 1 deals isn’t working in the cart. 

Why is my BOGO discount not being applied? Is the member pricing working? Why is my discount not showing? 

The sales price will be reflected once the order is packed and ready. You will receive the updated total via text.

Gift Cards: Do you have gift cards?

Yes. We do have $25, $50, and $100 gift cards for purchase in-store.

Do you sell dog CBD treats at your store?

Are you able to hold?

We will hold any order placed for pickup, curbside or delivery for 24 hours. Please reach out to 1-888-994-2726 if you have further questions.

Do the prices that are listed online include tax?

No, the listed prices are pre-tax.

Do you have Pre-Rolls in stock? What Pre Rolls do you have?

Rewards: How do I redeem my rewards points?

We have updated our Rewards program. There are no longer points available for redemption as of 5/31/21. Please sign up for our Harborside+ loyalty club to get more great discounts!

When will my order be ready?

You will receive a text when your order is packed. If it is for pick-up or curbside you can head to our location. If it is for delivery you will receive a call from your driver shortly.
