Just bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing you’re 21 or older—or 18 with a valid medical card—and you’re good to go!
2. Do you accept out-of-state or international IDs?
Yes we do! We accept valid IDs from all U.S. states as well as passports or official identification cards from other countries.
3. Do you have parking available?
Yes! All Harborside locations offer on-site parking for your convenience.
4. Are pets allowed in the store?
Yes! We’re pet friendly. Well‑behaved pets are welcome as long as they’re on a leash or in a carrier.
5. Can I shop in-store without placing an online order first?
Of course! Walk‑ins are always welcome during regular business hours.
6. What are your store hours and locations?
Oakland (1840 Embarcadero): Daily 8 AM–9 PM
San Leandro (1965 Marina Blvd): Daily 8 AM–9 PM
San Jose (1365 N 10th St): Daily 8 AM–9 PM
San Francisco (768 Stanyan St): Daily 7 AM–10 PM
7. Can someone else pick up my order?
Not at this time. Only the person who placed the order can pick it up, with valid ID.

Absolutely. Every cannabis product we carry is tested and meets California’s strict safety standards.
9. Can someone help me choose the right product?
Yes! Our friendly, knowledgeable budtenders are here to help you find the perfect product for your needs.
Payment and Discount
10. Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes! Harborside accepts debit cards and cash. We also offer AeroPay for secure, cashless payments.
11. Do I need to go to the bank to withdraw cash?
Nope—each location has an ATM on site.
12. What is your first-time customer discount?
First-time customers receive 30% off their first purchase, whether online or in-store.
13. Do veterans, students, teachers, WISDOM recipients, or seniors get a discount?
Yes! Veterans, students, teachers, and WISDOM recipients receive 20% off daily. Seniors (60+) receive 30% off every Sunday.
Delivery and Pickup
14. Do you have Early Bird or Nightcrawler specials?
Yes! Early Bird is 30% off before 10 AM. Nightcrawler is 30% off from 9 PM to 10 PM.
15. Is there an order minimum for delivery?
Yes. Minimums range from $25 to $75 depending on location. Check your store’s menu for details.
16. How do I place a delivery or pickup order?
Visit shopharborside.com, select your store, browse the menu, and check out.
17. When will my pickup order be ready?
Pickup orders are usually ready in 15 to 30 minutes. You’ll get a notification when it’s ready.
18. How will I know my delivery is on the way?
You’ll get a text, email, or phone call. Some stores also offer tracking links.
19. Can I change my delivery time after ordering?
Call the store immediately—if your order hasn’t gone out, we’ll do our best to update it.
20. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us right away. If the order hasn’t left yet, we’ll try to correct it.
21. What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
We’ll call to offer a substitution. If we can’t reach you, we’ll remove the item and send the rest.
22. Can I cancel or update my order?
Yes—just call the store before dispatch and we’ll assist you.
23. Do I need to go inside for pickup orders?
Yes. Bring your ID and check in. Some locations offer curbside—call ahead to confirm.

32. Can I use my membership or Stash Rewards at both Harborside and Urbn Leaf?
Yes! Harborside and Urbn Leaf are part of the same company. Memberships and Stash Rewards are fully linked—you can earn and redeem at any location across both brands.
