Steps for the Perfect DIY Spa Day

Step 1: 20 Minute CBD Face Mask

Pick your face mask recipe of choice and mix up some skincare magic! Apply the face mask and relax for 20 minutes. Pro-tip: doing a mindfulness meditation during this time is a great way to get centered and sooth your mind at the same time.

Step 2: 30 Minute Foot Soak

Grab your favorite soak bin and pour some Epsom salt into it. If you’re feet are especially sore, mix in a few pumps of our CBD Body Oil or 1:3 Body Oil and a couple drops of essential oil.
