Chairman of the Board & Interim CEO
Peter Bilodeau is a serial entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across many sectors, including the cannabis industry, merchant and investment banking, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and oil & gas. He is President and CEO of Foundation Markets Inc. and FMI Capital Advisory Inc. Prior to launching his entrepreneurial career, Peter worked for one of Canada’s major chartered banks quickly advancing to the senior management ranks.
He is a former real estate appraiser with extensive experience in various types of real property valuation. Mr. Bilodeau’s business prowess is frequently called upon through his finance and consulting business and as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies. Peter has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a specialty in Financial Services, from Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Since January 2015, Jack Nichols has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Harborside Inc. and its predecessor FLRish Inc. Mr. Nichols plays a critical role at the executive level managing all legal matters for the Company, spearheading new policy, overseeing the Company’s compliance team in a rapidly changing landscape, and working with management to mitigate risk.
As part of his commitment to the advancement of regulatory policy in the cannabis industry he sits on the Federal Policy Advisory Group for CCIA (California Cannabis Industry Association). His long career in law enforcement prior to joining us culminated with his role as Special Assistant US Attorney in the District of Maine, followed by General Counsel for Creative Services, Inc. a global security firm serving corporate and government market sectors.
Chief Operating Officer
Greg is a dynamic operations professional with specific experience managing greenhouse, indoor and outdoor cannabis cultivation, processing, manufacturing, and consumer packaged goods. He came to Harborside from another successful indoor, outdoor and mixed light facility in Northern California, where he managed operations and finance. Greg has driven the development and expansion of a number of cannabis brands in California. In addition, Greg oversees Harborside’s diverse and robust retail supply chain.
Prior to entering the cannabis industry, Greg founded two successful startup businesses. Prior to that, Greg practiced law as a partner for two major law firms on the East Coast, having graduated from NYU School of Law.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom DiGiovanni joined Harborside in December 2019 as our Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, he was the CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at Canndescent and during his tenure there the pre-revenue start up grew into one of the number one brands of luxury flower in California, as well as a multi-state brand operator.
Before entering Cannabis, Mr. DiGiovanni served in multiple executive roles in finance and operations, including as Chief Financial Officer for Mainstream Energy where he managed growth rates of more than 100% per year, and helped consummate the merger of Mainstream Energy into Sunrun Inc (NYSE: RUN). He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics.
Vice President of Human Resources
We welcome Marian Robinson as our new VP of HR beginning at the start of Q2 2020. Ms Robinson is a Human Resources executive with 13 years experience designing and leading HR strategic initiatives, developing talent, and creating HR best practices, policies and processes in alignment with the needs of the business.
Ms. Robinson was hired for her extraordinary capabilities to oversee the changing landscape that our industry must maneuver on a weekly basis with a proven track record for talent acquisition. Before joining us at Harborside, she held senior executive positions at Target, Orchard Supply Hardware, a 100 store retail chain with 5,000 associates, and most recently was the Senior Director of Human Resources at the largest Planned Parenthood affiliate in the country.

Alexis Mora is a creative problem-solver and strategist who loves building and scaling brands to a global level. In 2016, her “Dia de los Muertos” Campaign for Nestlé won Top Shop’s Top 100 Award and her work at BLOOM FARMS, a top ten Cannabis brand in 2018 and 2019, has been featured in Vogue, Rolling Stone, LA TIMES, SF Weekly, and more.
She specializes in crafting memorable customer experiences while driving ROI through digital, retail, and event platforms. Her work spans internationally in health and wellness, active lifestyle, cause marketing, functional beverage, and cannabis industries.

Hon. Willie Brown
Steve DeAngelo is an inspired and undisputed national leader, with four decades of activism and advocacy in the cannabis reform movement. His creation of a model medical cannabis dispensary and lifelong cannabis activism, coupled with his extensive knowledge in this arena, has made him one of the strongest voices in the cannabis and hemp industries. Steve’s career has focused on the intersection of advocacy and entrepreneurship, creating profitable ventures that simultaneously advance social goals. His other ventures include Ecolution, SteepHill Laboratory, Cannasure and The ArcView Group.
David Wedding Dress (a.k.a. “dress”) is the co-founder of Harborside and serves as its director of holistic services. Alifelong activist for peace and justice, dress works with non-hierarchical groups on direct action projects to stop war and injustice, and bring more quality and balance to the lives of poor and oppressed peoples. Dress served as general manager and CFO from Harborside’s inception in October 2006 until 2009. Dress developed and currently oversees the free holistic health care program, administered by top-quality practitioners, for Harborside’s growing patient base. The extraordinary level of patient care at Harborside is another manifestation of dress’ deep sense of compassion, and commitment to helping those most in need.
