Harborside Return Policy

At Harborside Dispensaries, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. While California law prohibits the return of cannabis products once sold, we’ve designed a customer friendly policy to ensure you have the best experience possible with every purchase. 

General Guidelines

1. Non-Cannabis Products 

• • Non-cannabis items, such as accessories, apparel, and merchandise, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The  item must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. 

2. Cannabis Products 

• • Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns of cannabis products. However,  we’re here to help if you’re dissatisfied with a product for any reason: 

1. 1. 1. Defective Products: If a product is defective (e.g., cartridges that won’t  function, improperly sealed packaging), we’ll exchange it for the same item or issue store credit upon verification. 
      2. Product Concerns: If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, let us  know! While we cannot process returns, our team will work with you to find a  solution that leaves you happy, such as a discount on a future purchase or product recommendation.

3. Receipt Requirement 

• • Our cutting-edge retail solution allows us to verify your purchase in-store. Don’t worry about hanging onto your receipt. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Bring the item(s) and your receipt to any of our locations during regular business hours. 2. For defective cannabis products, please include the original packaging for verification. 3. Share your feedback with our team! Your input helps us improve and ensure you’re satisfied. 

Exceptions

• We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if products show signs of tampering, misuse, or if the issue does not align with our policy. 
• Per state law, all sales are final on cannabis products.
